"The most important things in life will not only be the things that you do but the things that happen to you. Now I'm not saying you can't take action to affect the outcome of your life. You have to take action, and you will. But never forget that on any given day you can walk out the front door and your whole life can change forever. A butterfly flaps its wings and it starts to rain somewhere. It's a scary thought, but at the same time it's kind of amazing. All these little parts of a machine working together to get you exactly where you need to be, exactly when you need to be there: the right place at the right time."

"Well, I believe in the soul. The small of a woman's back, the hanging curve ball, high fiber, good scotch, that the novels of Susan Sontag are self-indulgent, overrated crap. I believe Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone. I believe there ought to be a constitutional amendment outlawing AstroTurf and the designated hitter. I believe in the sweet spot, soft-core pornography, opening your presents Christmas morning rather than Christmas Eve and I believe in long, slow, deep, soft, wet kisses that last three days..."

College-Bound

1 min read
In two days I will be traveling to Mexico. I am attending college there and am very anxious to finally dive into the whole college experience... seeing how I've been lazing around my couch and computer taking online classes this entire semester.
I won't have internet access when I get there but I will work to fix that as soon as possible. So I won't be logging on for weeks, maybe a month, definitely not submiting stuff. But I will try to have something cool ready when I can submit again.

So 'Hasta luego' and be back in two seconds :D

...today, while stumbling upon, I came across a website with an unfortunate and old report. Apparently, in California, back in 1984, a security guard walked into a McDonald's and shot dead 20 people because, as he later testified, he "hates Mondays"... :/
